Boppy.com orders are packed and shipped from our Arkansas based distribution center in 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping costs and transportation time will vary depending on where packages are being shipped.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Newborn Lounger returns will not be accepted through the Boppy.com return form below, regardless of purchase date. We cannot process any refund payments for Newborn Loungers that are not submitted through our call center or online recall form.
Products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on boppy.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers. Custom Boppy® Pillow orders cannot be canceled or returned. The Boppy Company, LLC accepts returns on non-sale merchandise that is unused and unopened or items that have been found to be defective. Boppy Limited Warranty
At The Boppy Company, our goal is to make your life as a new parent or parent-to-be more comfortable. We make innovative, superior products for parents and babies.
We warrant that all Boppy® products, except for Boppy® Healthcare products, will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, failure to follow the instructions on installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration. On this page, “Boppy® Products” means all covered products (i.e., all Boppy® products except for Boppy® Healthcare products).
