The Original Nursing Pillow Bare Naked® Pillow insert is filled with virgin polyester fiberfill and is upholstered in fabric that is 90% polyester and 10% cotton. The New Boppy® Nursing Pillow and Boppy Uplift™ Nursing Pillow are filled with earthfriendly recycled polyester fiberfill and are wrapped in a water-repellant protective liner made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton.

What your Boppy® Nursing Pillow wears on the outside is up to you! Boppy® offers easy-zip pillow covers in many beautiful prints and designs for the Boppy Uplift™, Original Nursing Pillow and New Nursing Pillow, made from soft cotton blends, snuggly micro-fiber or 100% organic cotton.
