Crescent City Family Services is a community-based non-profit founded in 2008, located on the West Bank of Jefferson Parish, dedicated to providing health and nutrition services, referrals, and education to women, babies, and families.
By 2014 The WIC Program became the Foundation that successfully integrated a Healthy Start Grant Initiative to address the Infant Mortality rates within Jefferson Parish. In 2014 called a “Perfect Match”
Crescent City Family Services aims to improve maternal child health and family health and Wellness through our current programs, supportive services, and resources.
