Refund policy

Products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on boppy.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers. Custom Boppy® Pillow orders cannot be canceled or returned. The Boppy Company, LLC accepts returns on non-sale merchandise that is unused and unopened or items that have been found to be defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC is not responsible for lost returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.
