care instructions

• Remove cover from insert board.
• Do not wash cover inside out.
• Zip cover closed before washing.
• Machine wash cover using mild detergent, delicate cycle 30°C (65°F - 85°F).
• Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
• Tumble dry low on delicate cycle.
• Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
• Ensure mattress cover is fully dry before storing or placing back on insert board.

SETUP

1. Gently pull each of the plastic legs outward, away from the Cabana until you hear a “CLICK”
2. Fasten the snaps of the mesh fabric around the frame
3. Place the mattress in the bottom of the Cabana cradle, connecting the 2 sides of the hook and loop fasteners together
4. Expand the canopy and connect snaps of the canopy to the corresponding snap on either side of the cradle frame

STOW

1. Disconnect the canopy snaps and close the canopy
2. Flip the cabana over so the underside of the cradle is facing up
3. Gently pull each leg in the direction of the arrow to release and collapse the leg in toward the underside of the cradle

SUFFOCATION HAZARD

Babies have suffocated:

- On pillows, comforters, and extra padding.
- In gaps between a wrong-size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.

• NEVER add soft bedding or padding.
• Use ONLY mattress provided by manufacturer.
• Always place baby on back to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.
• If a sheet is used with the mattress, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product mattress.

- Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child.

• NEVER place product on beds, sofas or other soft surfaces.

FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls,

• Do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 20lbs (9kg), whichever comes first.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a product or attach strings to toys.
• Do not use if any part of the bassinet/cradle is broken, torn, or missing.
