• DO NOT use product for infant propping, tummy time or sitting.
• DO NOT leave baby unattended.
• NEVER tie straps around baby or use straps as a baby restraint.
• ALWAYS check ties are knotted securely around adult’s waist.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD

• NEVER allow baby to sleep on the product.
• DO NOT use in a crib, bassinet, playpen, play yard or near an area where an infant may sleep.
• ALWAYS keep baby’s airway clear during nursing.
• Adult supervision is required.

STRANGULATION HAZARD

• ALWAYS keep straps out of baby’s reach.

POSITIONAL ASPHYXIA HAZARD  

• ALWAYS keep baby’s airway open.
• DO NOT use as a sling carrier.

ENTANGLEMENT / FALL HAZARD

• ONLY use product while seated.
• KEEP straps at /above knee of adult user.
