§ Lead omnichannel sales efforts for existing customer relationships while establishing new, profitable, sizeable sales channels.
§ Lead ASP collaboration with key stakeholders inclusive of go-to-market strategies by channel, product and KPI metrics.
§ Build strong external and internal relationships at all levels of management with our customers, specifically executive levels.
§ Leverage market and internal analytics to develop a retailer, customer, and market strategy in support of company objectives.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
§ Lead the company’s brand refresh carrying forward the gems of the beloved brand, generating excitement for product category extensions while having an eye toward modernization and the Gen Z consumer.
§ Develop and execute a consistent brand strategy for all channels including digital and physical retail interactions.
§ Create and implement data-driven demand generation strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
§ Develop and maintain regular reporting on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Operational Leadership
§ Model sense of urgency to deliver predictable, profitable, and sustainable growth and profit.
§ Monitor key business metrics and communicate trends and performance to executive team and parent company.
§ Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
§ Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that maximize ROI.
§ Anticipate competitive threats in the marketplace while building core competencies for the future.
§ Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Leadership to find the right solution to meet customer objectives.
