At The Boppy Company, our goal is to make your life as a new parent or parent-to-be more comfortable. We make innovative, superior products for parents and babies. We promise that our products will be free from defects for one year from the date of purchase provided your product has been purchased directly from Boppy or from a Boppy authorized retailer. Even if you received it as a gift, if a defect is discovered during the one year warranty period, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion.

Warranty Does Not Cover Sales from Unauthorized Sellers

We are aware of Boppy® branded Products being sold online by unauthorized sellers that do not purchase their products directly from Boppy.

We are recommending consumers purchase Boppy® Products only through authorized distributors and retailers.  When you buy from The Boppy Company directly, or from one of our authorized sellers, you can be sure that the products have been kept factory-sealed and are safe for use. Boppy Products purchased through authorized distribution and retail channels come with the protection of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Products purchased from Unauthorized Sellers are NOT eligible for protection under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover Slipcovers Made by Other Parties

Boppy® brand Slipcovers were specifically designed and made to fit Boppy® Pillows and are manufactured to meet The Boppy Company’s high standards. For best results, we recommend that only Boppy® Slipcovers be used on Boppy® Pillows.

Please be aware that similar products made by others may be marketed to fit Boppy® Pillows — those non-branded covers are not eligible for The Boppy Guarantee and are not covered by our warranty.

Damaged or Defective

If you feel your product is defective and it is less than one year old, please send us an image of the defective product with proof of purchase to

If the item was a gift, both original receipts and gift receipts constitute proof of purchase. If it is found defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you. Before contacting us, please check with the retailer where you purchased the product on their return and exchange policy as this may be the easiest way to exchange your product. In some cases, we may need the product shipped back to us for review by our Compliance Department; please do not discard the product before hearing back from us.

The Boppy Guarantee does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear. The Boppy Guarantee also does not apply to products purchased from sources other than Boppy or Boppy authorized retailers.

If your product was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we recommend you contact them to ask about any warranties or guarantees they may offer.
