Receptionist
In this exciting full time, hourly position as receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, filing and coordinating UPS, DHL and Fed Ex deliveries. You will maintain equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc. You will serve as the liaison with the leasing management group responsible for office maintenance and coordination of scheduling repairs and the like. Under limited supervision, you will be required to order company product samples, shop for and maintain inventory of supplies, including kitchen supplies, copier and general office supplies. As time allows, you will support co workers with various projects. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times for both internal and external customers. Your positive attitude and willingness to help out will contribute to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- File invoices and checks as needed.
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments, including UPC, DHL, and Fed Ex
- Maintain equipment, including copiers, fax machines, etc. Proactively suggest alternatives to lower cost and improve quality.
- Liaison with the leasing management group responsible for office maintenance and coordination of scheduling repairs.
- Shop for and maintain inventory of supplies, including kitchen supplies, copier, printer, and general office supplies.
- Proactively and independently provide recommendations to reduce cost and improve quality in all aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in office management
- Solid experience working in fast-paced, changing work environment
- Proven record in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work within a team environment

- PC competency in Microsoft-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
