  • What is the Boppy 25th Anniversary in-pack promotion and what do I do if I did not receive it in my Boppy Pillow?

  • Is a Boppy® Pillow or Boppy® Newborn Lounger safe for baby to sleep on?

    No. Never allow baby to sleep on a Boppy® Pillow or Boppy® Newborn Lounger.

    Additional Warning Information:

    Do not allow baby to lie face down on a Boppy® Pillow. To prevent positional asphyxia, keep baby’s airway open at all times. For proper breathing when using the pillow for propping, do not allow baby to be curled up in the center of the pillow area or be propped up too high on the pillow. Do not use in crib, cradle, bassinet, playpen, play yard. Not for use on a bed, either with the baby alone or with a caregiver who may fall asleep while feeding the baby. Do not leave baby unattended – adult supervision is required. Improper use of this product could result in serious injury or death.     The recommended uses for the Boppy® Pillow are for feeding – nursing and bottle feeding, propping, tummy time and sitting. As noted on the product and the packaging, we do not recommend using the Boppy® Pillow for sleeping.

  • Can I use my Boppy® Infant & Toddler Head Support in my car seat?

    Yes. Our Infant and Toddler Head Support has undergone and passed the FMVSS-213 test utilizing several top selling car seats in both the front facing and rear facing positions. Tests performed utilizing several top selling car seats installed with this product found that the use of our product with that car seat complied with the Restraint System Integrity and Occupant Excursion portions of the FMVSS-213 requirements. Please note, however, that all car seats are different and we highly recommend that you consult the manufacturer’s instructions regarding your particular brand of car seat.

  • How do I clean my Boppy® Pillow?

    Most Boppy products are machine washable and dryable. Wash your Boppy Pillow in cold water on the delicate cycle by itself. Dry your Boppy Pillow on low heat. We also recommend throwing a sneaker or tennis ball (wrapped in a pillow case) in the dryer to help the Boppy Pillow keep its shape.

  • Does the Boppy® Feeding and Infant Support pillow contain flame retardants?

    We take great care in the quality of our products. The fabric and filling in the Boppy® Feeding and Infant Support pillow (and slipcovers for those pillows) are exempt from California Bureau of Home Furnishings flammability standards and have never contained harmful flame retardant chemicals.

    The Boppy® Pillow is filled with virgin polyester fiberfill and is upholstered in white fabric that is 90% polyester and 10% cotton. What the Boppy Pillow wears on the outside is up to you! Its wardrobe consists of slipcovers made from soft cotton blends, to minky plush or organic cotton.

  • Do you have a Boppy® Twins Pillow?

    At this time, we don’t offer a Boppy® Feeding and Infant Support Pillow specifically for twins. The Boppy® Pillow may be used to feed both newborn babies at once in the ‘football hold’ until they outgrow it. In addition, the Boppy® Pillow provides versatility beyond nursing and feeding. The pillow can be used for feeding, propping, tummy time and sitting.

    The Boppy® Newborn Lounger is also a helpful pillow for parents of multiples, providing the perfect nest for baby!

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is dependent upon the total product cost of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please refer to the Shipping table:

    $25 to $49.99 – $8.00 Flat Shipping

    $50 to $74.99 – $10.00 Flat Shipping

  • What kinds of payment do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard and Visa.

  • How do I change or cancel my order on boppy.com?

    Once orders are placed on boppy.com, no changes or cancellations can be made. You can, however, return your item once you have received it.

  • Can I pick up my order from the BEAUTIFUL offices in Golden, CO? I hear they have a lot of Diet Coke®...

    No. This is our global corporate office and orders are not shipped or processed here.

  • What if I have a question about my order?

  • What can I do if I have not yet received my order?

    A shipping confirmation email with tracking information was sent to you when the order shipped. Use your tracking # to track your shipment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and junk folders in your email. Your order should arrive 5-8 days after being placed.

  • Where are your products made?

    The manufacturing process for Boppy® products begins in China and products are completed, packaged and shipped from USA factories.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    Products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on boppy.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accepts returns from purchases made at other retailers. The Boppy Company, LLC accepts returns on non-sale merchandise that is unused and unopened or items that have been found to be defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC is not responsible for lost returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.

    Return instructions are on your packing slip. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip and would like to return your item(s), please call 1-888-903-0051 or email boppyweborders@stitchco.com.

    Only gift orders from boppy.com may be exchanged. Exchanges are valid for unused and unopened items or those that have been found to be defective for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Exchanges are for like items/ like price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC is not responsible for lost returns. All exchanges are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.

    If your product is defective and it was purchased over 30 days ago (but is less than one-year old), please refer to our one-year Boppy Guarantee for replacement.

  • What is the Boppy Guarantee?

    At The Boppy Company, our goal is to make your life as a new parent or parent-to-be more comfortable. We make innovative, superior products for parents and, babies. We promise that our products will be free from defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered during the one year warranty period, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion.

    If you feel your product is defective and it is less than one year old, please send us an image of the defective product with proof of purchase to info@boppy.com.

    If it is found defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you. Before contacting us, please check with the retailer where you purchased the product on their return and exchange policy as this may be the easiest way to exchange your product. In some cases, we may need the product shipped back to us for review by our Compliance Department; please do not discard the product before hearing back from us.

    The Boppy Guarantee does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear.

  • Do you sell the Boppy® HC Pillow directly to hospitals?
