Since you would only give your best to your new baby, we promise to give you our best. We promise that our products will be free from defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered during the one-year warranty period, we will repair or replace your product.

For nearly instant gratification, if you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.

For any product purchased at Boppy.com and products you cannot return to the store, please e-mail email@example.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
Damaged or Defective
If a product is found defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you. Before contacting us, please check with the retailer where you purchased the product on their return and exchange policy as this may be the easiest way to exchange your product. In some cases, we may need the product shipped back to us for review by our Compliance Department; please do not discard the product before hearing back from us.
If you feel your product is defective, please send us an image of the defective product, the tags and proof of purchase and your shipping address (no P.O. boxes) Thanks!
The Boppy® Warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear.
